Many times when you apply for a job you are asked if you have ever been
convicted of a crime.
If you have had a felony conviction expunged, you can legally answer "no" to

or delete your criminal conviction. You are only eligible to do this if you:
- Have completed all your sentencing obligations to the court;
- The appropriate time limit has expired; and
- The crime you were convicted of is one the law permits you to expunge.
In Washington, the law does not have a provision to expunge felonies;
